1.are water dragons tame 2.what size tank do i need 3.does it help to have more than 1 in the tank 4.how many eggs do they have 5.do they need a tub of water
Here's a site with some of the answers to your questions... http://www.reptileforums.com/care_sheets/l...ater_dragon.htm Water dragons can become quite tame but then there are some that are harder to handle. You can have more than one to a tank....but only 1 male per tank. You still need to watch to see that they are getting along. The average clutch aize is 5 to 12 eggs and they take 60 - 100 d to incubate at about 28 - 30 degrees C (82 - 86 degrees F).
1.are water dragons tame I have one who is & one who's still a bit unruly (I just got him though). When they get older, they calm down alot 2.what size tank do i need Bigger is better with these guys, they need alot of height, so I'd say at a minimum 5 tall x 5 wide x 4 deep 3.does it help to have more than 1 in the tank You can have 1 male with up to 3 females, but you'd need a BIG tank. 4.how many eggs do they have Can't help you there. Google Tricias Water Dragon page, great resource. 5.do they need a tub of water They're called "water" dragons aren't they  ~Michelle
Just to mention, 5x5x4, you're talking adult I'm guessing  As a Juvie i think you could use 4tall x 3wide x 2 deep But obviousely upgrade to bigger before or when it needs it
yep, was talking adults, but we both know how quickly they out grow tanks, might as well go the biggest you can & be done with it! ~Michelle
