Just wondering what it's like to keep a snake that could potentially kill you with one bite? Don't get me wrong I don't want one, too scared  , just wondering.
I'd be way to wary (READ: scared as heck!!) of keeping a hot. I'm one of those folks that'll get bit within 2mins of owning one Think they're stunning snakes, just not for me!! Need to be a special sort of person to keep them successfully and properly.
I may venture into hots one day. I know a lot of hot keepers and they don't stress enough how us aspiring young herpers need to think it over, and I quote "Think this over 6 times, no 100, no 1000 times! It could mean life, death, or a hefty medical bill for you and your family."
AS much as I'm fascinated by them, I just dont think it's worth it. One mistake and you're in a whole new world of hurt!
Re: RE: Who keeps Hots? Unless this is a joke that I'm not understanding, what is your intent to dueing so?
RE: Re: RE: Who keeps Hots? I love snakes, all kinds. It would be a risk, but I'll take it. When I'm older I want to be a herpetologist, specializing in snakes.
RE: Re: RE: Who keeps Hots? Yes I undertsand all that. But just handling a venomous snake to due so, there is no reason to.
