I have a tank that is 2ft square by 12in tall, and I was wondering if that would be suitable for an ornate uro? If it isn't, I also have a 40 gallon breeder tank, yet since that one is 18in tall, I was thinking that it might make it more difficult to keep the proper temperatures. What tank would be better, and what's the best way to keep the temps up in a glass tank?

The 40 gallon breeder would be better. For you question on how to keep the temp up in the 40 gallon breeder, just get a higher wattage bulb. What is the 2ft square tank made of?

Both of the tanks are made out of glass.

    Hello

    Hello,

The 40 gallon breeder would be your best bet. Are you completely setup with good digital probes to ensure that the temps are within the requirements for him? What types of lighting are you going to be using?
